This store is operated by SOLVEX COMMERCE LIMITED, Registration No. 81185506, Flat 5, 4/F, Won Hing Building, 74–78 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong ("we", "us"). Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to order.
3. Products
We try to show products accurately, but colours vary between screens. The harness comes in 5 sizes (XS–XL) and 8 colours; product images are illustrative.
4. Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already placed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel and refund in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — out of stock, suspected fraud, or an address we can't ship to.
6. Personalised items
Embroidered name plates are made to order using the text you enter, up to 12 characters, embroidered in uppercase. We produce exactly what you submit — check spelling before you order, as we can't change it once production starts.
7. Payment
Taken at checkout by our payment processors. We don't store card details.
8. Delivery
Goods are shipped from overseas. See our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

10. Fitting and safe use
Measure your dog's chest girth behind the front legs and use our size guide. Between two sizes, choose the larger. Check the fit regularly, especially on puppies and growing dogs.
The harness is a walking aid, not a restraint or safety device. Don't leave it on an unsupervised dog, and don't use it as a tie-out or a vehicle restraint — it isn't rated for either. The buckle is tested to hold pulls of up to 30 kg of force; it is not rated beyond that.
Hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Don't machine wash, tumble dry or bleach.
11. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law, regardless of where we are based or which law governs these terms.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 11, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing it or refunding its purchase price.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this site belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or your right to bring a claim in an Australian court where the law allows it.
