Refund policy

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

60-day satisfaction guarantee

On top of your legal rights, every Pawsie harness comes with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If it isn't right for your dog — sizing, fit, behaviour, or any other reason — email info@shoppawsie.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the harness on your dog. We refund your order in full.

You don't need to post anything back. Keep the harness, pass it to a friend, or donate it to a shelter. We process the refund on the photo and the order number alone.

If we ever do need an item returned, we'll say so when you contact us and send you instructions and a return label. We won't ask you to post anything back at your own cost.

Faulty or damaged items

Email us photos of the fault. We'll replace the harness or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Every Pawsie harness also carries a warranty against manufacturing defects for 60 days: if the buckle, stitching or the D-ring fails through a defect, we replace it free.

Embroidered name plates

Name plates are embroidered to order with the name you give us. Because they're personalised, we can't resell them — but they're still covered by the 60-day guarantee and by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if they arrive faulty or don't match what you ordered.

Refund processing

We process approved refunds to the original payment method as soon as they're approved. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 3–10 business days to show it.

Cancellations

We dispatch within 24–48 hours. Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it if it hasn't shipped.
